Managing the HR administration team (up to 15 employees) for a German speaking Client to ensure the delivery of a high quality and professional service
Ensure that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and accurately
Monitoring and prioritizing the team workload
Processing client’s escalations
Driving continuous improvement for operations/processes
Oversight of correctness of employee records – such as changes in employment conditions, absences, time management, entries, resignations, additional information, etc.
