HR Administration Specialist with GermanMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Handle a wide range of administrative processes in the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire), including contract preparation, onboarding, employee data updates, and offboarding.
Manage HR documentation and maintain personnel files in compliance with legal and internal standards.
Prepare employment certificates, confirmations, and HR letters.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in the HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday).
Respond to employees’ and managers’ queries related to HR policies, documentation, and procedures.
Cooperate closely with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams across the EMEA region.
Support audits and reporting activities by delivering required documentation and data.
Requirements:
Has 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar back-office role, preferably in an SSC environment.
Is fluent in German (B2/C1) and has good command of English (B2/C1).
Has a solid understanding of HR administrative processes and local labor law.
Is accurate, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Feels comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.
Is experienced with HR systems (SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors – an advantage).
