HR Administration Specialist (German)

About the role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee data, creating and maintaining employee profiles.
- Implementing changes to variable and recruitment data throughout the employment lifecycle, including new hires, salary adjustments, benefits data, international mobility, promotions and transfers, working hours and cost centre changes, and terminations and other data updates.
- Preparing and managing documents related to hiring, exits, and contractual changes (e.g., new hire contracts, contract conversions or extensions).
- Managing benefits by assigning employees to schemes based on eligibility.
- Collecting required signatures and ensuring proper document storage.
- Monitoring schedules and managing overtime/undertime, including supporting documentation for time and attendance records.
- Consolidating time records for payroll processing.
- Ensuring accurate and timely updates in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
About you
- Previous experience in an HR Administration role or shared services environment.
- Solid understanding of ES and HR policies and processes to ensure accurate data management.
- Knowledge of German, Austrian, or Swiss labour law is an advantage.
- Proficiency with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Strong service‑oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
- Excellent data management skills, including high accuracy with large volumes of data.
- Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication.
- Proficiency in German (C1) is essential; proficiency in English is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
