HR Administration Specialist with German

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration/HR Payroll (German market experience is highly desirable)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and German (C1 level or higher) - both spoken and written, essential for client communication purposes
  • Secondary education or higher
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, combined with good communication and analytical abilities
  • Proactive approach to anticipating client needs and solving problems
  • Ability to participate in client meeting and deliver assigned tasks on time
  • Attention to detail and understanding of GDPR compliance

Your key activities:

  • Managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system
  • Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client
  • Performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations
  • Participating in client discussions regarding processes
  • Answering incoming calls - service line
  • Achieving goals and SLAs
