HR Administration Specialist with German
1-2 years of experience in HR Administration/HR Payroll (German market experience is highly desirable)
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and German (C1 level or higher) - both spoken and written, essential for client communication purposes
Secondary education or higher
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, combined with good communication and analytical abilities
Proactive approach to anticipating client needs and solving problems
Ability to participate in client meeting and deliver assigned tasks on time
Attention to detail and understanding of GDPR compliance
Your key activities:
Managing assigned HR-related tickets in a timely manner
Ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded in the ticketing system
Taking responsibility for issues raised by the Client
Performing appropriate follow-up actions in case of escalations
Participating in client discussions regarding processes
Answering incoming calls - service line
Achieving goals and SLAs
