HR Administration Specialist with Finnish
Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration process
- User knowledge of HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday, etc.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficient in Finnish & English language (Read, Write, Speak)
- Higher education
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience specific to Hire to Retire Data administration for Global (US, EMEA, APAC) clients will be an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Process & support Hire to Retire transactions
- Process & perform quality checks on all: Time & Attendance Management, Payroll Strategy & Management, Employee Data Administration, Leave of Absence Management
- Provide assistance on resolving level 2 & 3 questions on all HR transactions and Recruitment admin activities
- Escalate non-transactional, production issues promptly and according to established protocols
- Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automation
- Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals and HR managers
- Support TL in training, daily reviews, and escalation resolutions
