This offer is for a temporary contract lasting 1 year.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Administrative Services: Provide comprehensive HR support to Volvo Group companies, ensuring seamless and efficient HR operations.
  • Data Management: Accurately verify and enter data into HR systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP HR, ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Customer Service: Respond to HR-related inquiries professionally and direct them to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR colleagues to foster a unified and collaborative "one HR team" approach, ensuring collective success.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance internal processes, leveraging Volvo’s best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience: Previous HR Administration experience is essential; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR is a plus.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong hands-on approach with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (Swedish is a plus) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (365) and experience with external vendors is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a systematic approach to work.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuously enhancing business processes and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or similar.
