About a role: The main purpose of this role is to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of operational tasks related to HR administration and payroll processes, in compliance with defined deadlines and internal procedures. This includes the management of employee portal modules, document management, preparation of payroll inputs, and coordination of communications with employees, internal departments and other stakeholders.
This role will be the first point of contact for employees, internal teams, and employee representatives regarding HR administration and payroll-related inquiries. The position also involves handling requests through ticketing tools, ensuring data quality, operational traceability, and adherence to internal protocols.
Ensure service consistency and compliance across 23 Spanish entities, 22 work centers, and 39 collective agreements, adapting operational procedures to local labor requirements.
