TOMRA Collection Poland is in the start-up phase and growing rapidly. We are seeking a full-time Hotline & Online Technician based in Warsaw, available to start immediately, to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
This role initially involves coordinating installations across Poland and managing the dispatch of service technicians. It also includes completing installations online, integrating them into the TOMRA network. The technician will be involved in online support and, after machine rollout, serve as the primary contact for customer support, ensuring SLAs are met via phone or ticket system. A technical background and customer service skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding our reverse vending systems via phone or ticket system
- Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and remote fault rectification
- Dispatch service technicians when issues cannot be resolved remotely
- Identify reported problems and provide first-line support
- Create and close service orders in the system
- Manage administrative tasks such as order monitoring, spare parts logistics, and work order finalization
- Support field staff with emergencies and scheduling
- Connect customer stores to the TOMRA network
- Complete online installations, connecting machines to IT systems
- Upload databases and software, register systems with deposit organizations
- Train and develop new team members
Qualifications
- Technical education in electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT, or similar
- Strong communication skills, politeness, and enjoyment in customer interactions
- Fluent Polish and good English skills for international communication
- Solution-oriented with good organizational skills
