Financial Management* Process and reconcile hotel payment statements* Arrange hotel pre-payment requests from multiple markets* Conduct detailed financial audits of hotel transactions* Verify and validate corporate rate accuracy2. Rate Optimization* Monitor Tripbam notifications for lower rate opportunities* Review daily reports to identify cost-saving alternatives* Perform proactive rate comparisons3. Hotel Allotment Tool Administration* Develop and handle hotel property profiles* Delete outdated or irrelevant property entries* Run inventory allocations* Adjust and amend hotel rates* Provide first-level support for Allotment Tool queries4.
