We are excited to announce that due to internal development we are now looking for our next Hosting Service Owner to join our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.
The Hosting Service Owner is responsible for the management and operation of the global Cloud and Server estate within Global Business Services, Infrastructure Operations team. This is a global role delivering a managed hosting operations in line with business needs.
responsibilities :
Providing leadership to the Hosting team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Building strategic relationships and managing third-party suppliers to deliver hosting services
Ensure effective management of third-party suppliers to deliver hosting services
Providing a high level of hosting technical expertise and consultation at various levels across the organisation
Contribute and adhere to appropriate change and technical governance processes
Supporting the optimisation and consolidation of technologies, services, and suppliers on a regional and global basis
requirements-expected :
Previous experience in IT Operations
Overall knowledge of hosting services including Microsoft Azure
Budgetary experience coupled with demonstrable commercial awareness
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles for cloud and hosting services
Ability to manage key relationships with internal IT teams and business stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills to be able to translate detailed technical information into service language
