High Voltage Senior Designer

We are currently looking for an experienced High Voltage Senior Designer to join our team and take responsibility for the design and coordination of high‑voltage installations in our energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and coordination of high‑voltage systems for energy installations.
• Preparation of technical specifications, project documentation, and guidelines for contractors and suppliers.
• Supervision of high‑voltage installation works, including participation in technical inspections and commissioning.
• Collaboration with transmission and distribution system operators regarding grid connection processes.
• Verification of technical documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, standards, and industry regulations.
• Participation in technical analyses and risk assessments of designed solutions.
• Providing technical support to design, construction, and operational teams.
• Cooperation with equipment suppliers and subcontractors in selecting and implementing technical solutions.
• Monitoring market trends and new technologies in the HV domain and recommending their implementation.
• Ensuring work safety during the design and execution of high‑voltage installations in line with HSE requirements.

Requirements:

• University degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in designing or implementing high‑voltage installations.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, technical standards, and industry regulations within the HV domain.
• Ability to read and prepare technical documentation.
• Understanding of occupational health and safety rules for high‑voltage systems.
• Good command of MS Office; familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience collaborating with grid operators and equipment suppliers is a strong asset.
