Who You Are

You are an elite UI/UX product designer who combines conceptual creativity with impeccable delivery. You build robust Figma design systems with variables and tokens, craft flawless interfaces across devices, and leverage modern interaction patterns (e.g., gamification, glass-effect UI) to boost retention and user motivation. You express ideas clearly through voice notes and walkthroughs and are able to guide design teams to deliver consistently exceptional work. Your attention to detail is exceptional and working independently on focused work is what you prefer.

Responsibilities

• Shape design direction and conduct a detailed evaluation of the current application; recommend and execute enhancements referencing best-in‑class health and consumer apps.
• Create, evolve, and document a Figma design system using variables, tokens, structured component libraries, and clear naming conventions for engineering.
• Develop multi‑brand visual themes (white‑label architecture) and prepare token exports for engineering implementation.
• Integrate gamified interactions and contemporary UI treatments (including glassmorphism) while upholding accessibility standards and platform consistency.
• Provide ongoing mentorship to the internal design team through daily commentary (voice/screen recordings) and maintain high‑quality documentation.

Must‑have qualifications

• Demonstrated background in designing gamification systems and advanced interface aesthetics (e.g., glassmorphism) while adhering to accessibility principles.

Nice‑to‑have

• Background in healthtech, behavioral health, clinical apps, or wellbeing‑oriented platforms.
• Experience developing white‑label or multi‑brand design architectures.

Compensation & performance bonuses

Base fee: USD $2,500 fixed project contract.
