responsibilities :
Design, implement, and operate OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) for VM-based workloads
Manage VM lifecycle, including migration from vSphere to OpenShift
Drive GitOps-based operations using ArgoCD, ensuring enterprise-grade governance
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across storage, networking, and performance layers
Collaborate with global teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and resilient platform
Own production incidents and lead resolution efforts confidently

requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience (5+ preferred) in similar roles
Production-grade experience with OpenShift 4.x and OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt)
Expertise in GitOps (ArgoCD), operator lifecycle management, and enterprise governance
Strong Linux fundamentals and ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues
Proven experience in incident ownership and cross-layer problem resolution
