Requirements:

  • minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • good knowledge of computer equipment (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
  • knowledge of client operating systems
  • Microsoft (Windows 10/11) and MS Office suite, Microsoft 365 at a level enabling efficient troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/WIFI networks
  • basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • ability to independently solve problems and learn quickly
  • knowledge of English at a level enabling reading technical documentation
  • driving license category B
