We are looking for a skilled and motivated Helpdesk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to employees and collaborate closely with IT Administrators and the HR Team on processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and license lifecycle management. responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported to the company’s Helpdesk.
Prepare workstations for new employees and maintain existing setups.
Ensure proper maintenance and inventory of office hardware.
Participate in key processes, including employee onboarding and offboarding.
Manage hardware and software licenses, including ordering, replacement, and decommissioning.
Perform basic network management tasks.
requirements-expected :
Self-learner or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
Strong focus on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Willingness to learn and continuously improve technical skills.
Good knowledge of Windows OS.
Basic familiarity with Linux OS.
Hands-on experience with JIRA.
Proficiency in working with PCs, with good knowledge of hardware components.
