Responsibilities
- Development of component requirements related to heat pump components
- Component development: new technologies evaluation, component design, cost analysis, interface definition, complexity analysis and management, risk analysis
- Management of cross-functional working group
- Organize, support internal/external simulation activities. Evaluation of the results
- Definition of release strategy and necessary test equipment. Test results evaluation
- Coordination and follow up activities with strategic external partners (e.g. Suppliers, Tech. Universities)
- Keeping documentation and reporting related to heat pump components development processes
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in Heat Pump & Thermodynamic field
- Main focus on heat pump components design and heat transfer processes connected to component design
- Experience in managing complex technical systems including application of System Engineering tools & methods
- Open minded, with analytical thinking and ability to have a holistic view on appliance architecture
- Fluent communication in Technical English
- High interpersonal skills, focus on teamwork
