Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts (8:00-19:00), with every second Saturday as a working day.
As a Customer Service Specialist with Fluent Spanish & Portuguese and English B2, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to pharmaceutical products via telephone, email, and chat. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers healthcare needs and the solutions our clients offer.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: from 8500 to 10200 PLN (higher salary in case of possessing pharmaceutical qualifications) gross per month.
