Health & Safety Specialist with Office Administration
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Specialist with facility administration experience to oversee the daily operations of workplace services in Poland, with additional responsibilities for supporting global offices. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and welcoming work environment while promoting compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will hold Health & Safety specialist qualifications and possess experience in facilities administration.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with Polish/EU health and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and workplace audits.
- Develop and enforce health and safety policies/procedures.
- Organize training for employees and contractors per legislation.
- Promote safety awareness through workshops and campaigns.
- Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures.
- Review and implement emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure staff familiarity with protocols.
Facility administration:
- Oversee facilities and office services, including administration and facilities vendor management.
- Manage incident/request tickets via FreshService for global offices.
- Site Security.
- Maintain conference areas and training setups.
- Manage Summer and Winter events and support department specific events.
- Assist with Travel requests.
- Experience in Space management and workplace reporting using systems such as SIQ, Archibus or similar.
- Promote sustainability by identifying eco-friendly alternatives and recycling programs.
- Innovate processes and partner with support teams for seamless facilities delivery.
Requirements:
- Health & Safety Specialist certification (recognized in Poland/EU).
- 3+ years of experience in Health & Safety and facility administration.
- Experience supporting operations in a global or multinational environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Polish workplace health and safety laws and familiarity with global workplace standards.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management tools.
- Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Onsite – Full time.
