Responsibilities

  • Global Health & Safety Compliance: ensure that we adhere to local H&S regulations in Poland and support compliance efforts in France, the UK and the US; conduct regular H&S audits, lead training inductions, and develop emergency response procedures for all offices.
  • Occupational Health Administration: act as the primary liaison with occupational health service providers, manage contracts, and coordinate all employee medical examinations and referrals worldwide.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work closely with other teams to integrate a safety‑first mindset into company initiatives, provide H&S input on employee onboarding, office management decisions, event planning, and support the creation of standardized incident reporting protocols. Investigate and resolve any H&S incidents and maintain all relevant documentation.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience and/or relevant H&S certifications are also accepted.
  • Understanding of Polish H&S regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in a global or international corporate role, preferably in a tech environment.
  • A safety‑first mindset with a genuine commitment to protecting employee health and well‑being.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of H&S governance.
  • The ability to work as a primary liaison with occupational health service providers globally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English (C1).
