As a Health and Safety Specialist reporting to the Global Workplace Experience Lead in our Global Workplace Experience team, you will ensure our workplaces are not just compliant, but genuinely safe and exceptional environments for employees worldwide. Your responsibilities include:

  • Global Health & Safety Compliance: ensure adherence to local H&S regulations in Poland and support compliance in France/UK/US. Conduct audits, lead training inductions, and develop emergency response procedures for all offices.
  • Occupational Health Administration: primary liaison with occupational health service providers, manage contracts, and coordinate employee medical examinations and referrals globally.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work closely with other teams to embed a safety‑first mindset into company initiatives. Provide H&S input on onboarding, office management, event planning and standardised incident reporting protocols. Investigate and resolve incidents and maintain documentation.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’ll need:

  • A Bachelors degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field (equivalent experience and/or certifications accepted).
  • Understanding of Polish H&S regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in a global or international corporate role, preferably in a tech environment.
  • A safety‑first mindset with a genuine commitment to protecting employee health and wellbeing.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest H&S governance standards.
  • The ability to work as a primary liaison with occupational health service providers globally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English (C1).
