Duties

• Independent execution of recruitment projects for sales positions and Back Office departments
• Drafting job advertisements and application selection
• Managing candidate database and searching for and implementing new candidate sourcing channels
• Supporting managerial staff in recruitment activities
• Close collaboration with other departments, especially HR and marketing, in the areas of Employer Branding, Onboarding, and employee documentation

Required skills and experience

• You have 3 years of experience in independently conducting recruitment projects
• You communicate fluently in English (we use this language to communicate with colleagues and conduct recruitment meetings with candidates)
• You are independent and proactive in action
• You have a strong focus on goal achievement and thrive in teamwork

Preferred

• Experience in recruiting for sales positions
