Head of Wellbeing and Small Domestic Appliances Poland
Head of Wellbeing and Small Domestic Appliances Poland is responsible for implementing the Product Line strategies and working closely with the Commercial Area and local Commercial Teams on ranging, pricing, promotional planning & analysis, product launches, driving initiatives such as Energy Labelling, and closing gaps as well as finding new opportunities in the market. As an active member of the Polish leadership team and a key member of the Commercial Triangle, the Head will be instrumental in commercial decision‑making and ensure the consumer is front of mind in every business decision we take. The role reports operationally to the Country Head of Commercial.
Product Line Responsibilities
- Implementing the strategy within the supported country
- P&L responsibility for WB & SDA including C&A
- Lead local WB & SDA Commercial Triangle
- Take a proactive approach to competitor, pricing and promotion analysis to optimise Electrolux position and drive profitable growth
- Provide continuous feedback to CA Product Line regarding local needs
- Ensure Commercial Area product life cycle management, including Phase‑In/Phase‑Out, PNC levels and commonality
- Monitor market and competitor environment, provide input & feedback to CA Product Line for new product development
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships with key customers to deliver a fully rounded category management approach in the ranging cycle and activation plans
- Use CStar data to constantly improve average star ratings and drive better consumer experiences across all product groups
- Raise and manage local compliance issues
- Plan and execute commercial launches
Sales Responsibilities
- Accountable for account plans in the supported country
- Establish strong listings and ranging with High‑Value Partners
- Monitor and drive sell‑out
- Lead price negotiations
- Promotional planning
- Campaign deployment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, combining product line and sales, ideally in consumer goods or FMCG sector
- Fluent in Polish and very good in English
- Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive results
