Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of our functions/operations within a brand-new structure in Poland?

Together with our intentational client - we are seeking an experienced Head of Transitions to provide strategic leadership, management, and governance of the transitions process at our Poland Centre. This is a unique opportunity to build and oversee efficient, customer-focused systems and processes that add real value to the organization!

What we expect

  • Minimum 7 years experience in GBS transitions
  • Educated to Bachelor of Arts or Masters level
  • Experience leading large scale, high visibility business process transitions
  • Knowledge of English at least at B2/C1 level and German at least B1/B2 or above
  • Experience driving process improvements including PRINCE2 or PMP certifications
  • Experience in developing new services and process taxonomies across Finance, Procurement and HR
  • International experience required
  • Experience in creating global transformation methodology and being responsible for execution through cross functions governance and reporting to senior stakeholder’s overall program delivery

Your tasks

  • Plan and execute GBS transitions across multiple functions and locations
  • Create transition plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule and budget requirements.
  • Build close rapport with key stakeholders to build confidence across all aspects of transitions
  • Effectively manage transition stage gates and schedules to agreed standards, working closely with donor and in loading teams
  • Facilitate key status updates and transition meetings.
  • Spot any transition related issues and propose effective solutions to resolve them swiftly
