Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in CTO, Head of Technology, or Head of Development positions.
• Experience in managing large development teams (20+ people).
• Strong technical skills in backend (Java or C++ preferred).
• Knowledge of modern IT tools and trends, openness to implementing AI solutions.
• Ability to create and implement technological strategies.
• Analytical thinking and ability to make strategic decisions.
• Higher education in a technical/information technology field.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.

Additional advantages:

• Experience in trading, especially in the cryptocurrency market.
• Knowledge of low latency, high frequency trading, low-level optimization.
• Practical knowledge of public clouds (AWS).

Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing a development team (potentially also DevOps in the future), including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee evaluations.
• Organizing team work to ensure their highest efficiency and motivate team members to achieve company goals.
• Expanding and maintaining algorithmic trading systems in the cryptocurrency market.
• Close collaboration with Quants and Trading teams to optimize existing and create new technological solutions.
• Developing and implementing the projects technological strategy.
• Monitoring and implementing modern technologies, including AI solutions.
• Responsibility for security, compliance, and the technological budget.
