As Head of Talent & Learning, you will be a strategic leader and hands-on builder, responsible for designing and implementing our global talent and learning strategy. This new role is based at Kraków HQ.

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role in Talent Management.
- Strong background in IT/software/technology consulting environments.
- Balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
- Proven ability to use data & analytics for decision-making.
- Strong communication and influence skills across all levels, from technical experts to executives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or professional certifications in L&D/Talent/OD are a plus.
