Our client is building a brand-new function to transform the way they work and position the company as a modern, people-driven IT business solution provider. This is a huge transformation.

As Head of Talent, you will be a leader and hands‑on builder, responsible for designing and implementing talent and learning strategy. This new role is based at Kraków HQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute Talent & Learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and succession planning for long‑term organizational sustainability.
• Drive a high‑performance culture with clear frameworks for performance and career growth.
• Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global HR functions (HRBP, HR Tech, Analytics, Reward) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead the shift toward a modern learning culture, implementing innovative tools.
• Develop and scale learning programs and academies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role in Talent Management.
• Strong background in IT / technology consulting environments.
• Experience in a company undergoing transformation! Including building processes from the ground up.
• Balance of vision and hands‑on execution.
• Proven ability to use data & analytics for decision‑making.
• Strong communication and influence skills across all levels, from technical experts to executives.
