ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

  • Coach, and inspire a regional TA team, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusion
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and SLAs for the TA function
  • Develop team members’ expertise in sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management
  • Define and implement a robust recruitment service delivery model for the region
  • Drive sourcing innovations and leverage analytics to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all roles, ensuring quality of hire and timely delivery
  • Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to forecast and prioritize hiring needs
  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and outsourced providers
  • Build credibility and strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Champion an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and university relations programs
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes based on feedback and market insights
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all countries of operation
  • Collaborate with Process Owner of TA, product owners, and P&C Operations to roll out global initiatives and systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Drive continuous process improvements and leverage technology for greater efficiency


  • WYMAGANIA:
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication in English (both written and spoken)
  • Proficiency with ATS and HR technologies (e.g. SAP, ServiceNow, Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Talent Insights)
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including several years in a leadership role across multiple countries
  • Proven ability to align TA strategy with business growth in an SSC/GBS environment
  • Experience in diverse hiring (corporate, operational, technical, volume recruitment)
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Additional regional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
