Atos is seeking an experienced technology leader to head the Smart Platform Technologies organization — a 300‑expert global team driving SAP, ServiceNow and Salesforce services. The role includes full strategic, operational and financial accountability, with significant influence on Atos’ enterprise software direction.

You will lead a multinational practice, drive transformation across cloud, automation, integration, data, AI/ML and IoT, and strengthen delivery excellence and competitiveness by turning vision into measurable business outcomes. • Define and execute the development strategy for the ServiceNow, SAP, and Salesforce practices in alignment with Atos’ business goals.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to plan and execute the pipeline and prepare customer proposals.
• Work with other Atos business units in a multinational, matrixed environment.
• Develop team structures, competencies, and the managerial capability within the practices.
• Drive financial performance across revenue, margin, profitability, and resource utilization.
• Oversee project delivery quality and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with technology partners (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce), ensuring compliance with partner program requirements and maintaining partnership statuses.
• Define and execute strategies across supporting domains: cloud, automation, integration, data, AI/ML, and IoT.
• Build a competitive services portfolio, including new offerings, IP development, and competency roadmaps.
• Coshape the direction of Atos’ enterprise software strategy at the regional and global level.
