We, Productivity Services, design, sell and support services which are used by Volvo Construction Equipments customers around the world. We believe in a sustainable future, and with the global construction industry as our arena, we work together with our customers to turn this belief into a reality for people everywhere. This position is about leading and developing Volvo CEs site solution business for the market in Poland. As a business leader, you will have P/L responsibility for the Site Solutions business. Consultancy, Training, Digital Services, and Pay for use (as a service) concepts are included in the solutions portfolio. Further, as a leader, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet site solution business results and growth targets.
2. Build and lead a team that performs according to set business targets.
3. Provide leadership to achieve high employee engagement and a high-performance culture to build organizational capabilities.
4. Manage relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing value-adding site solutions.

Site Solutions will contribute to:

1. Volvo CE’s site solution business strategy
2. Business performance in the market of Poland
3. Volvo CE’s transformation ambitions

Are we a perfect match?

If you have strong business acumen and the capability to turn opportunities into real business outcomes and total solutions for the customers, we think you will be a good fit for the team. We expect you to have 10 plus years of experience from complex sales and the capability to develop long-term business relations. Further, we see a leader without authority and prestige and a connector and collaborator with people and teams across the organization.
