Your Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with OLXs global goals.
• Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, providing guidance and performance evaluations. Depending on your plan, further investment may be considered based on your impact.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate SEO into broader marketing, product, and business initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits of website content, architecture, and backlinks to identify improvements.
• Monitor SEO metrics like keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions to inform decisions.
• Ensure SEO-optimized content is delivered within budget and deadlines.
• Serve as the main contact for SEO inquiries and build relationships with external partners and agencies.
• Stay updated on AI and GEO trends to adapt OLXs SEO strategy accordingly.

Your Background

• 7-10+ years of successful SEO experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels including PR, web development, and content creation.
