We are currently seeking a Head of Sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Operations
- Design and execute data‑driven sales strategies aligned with business growth goals
- Own the CRM pipeline setup and discipline: stage definition, conversion timing, follow‑up monitoring
- Set up workflows for inbound, outbound, and repeat customers
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and develop a sales team (structure, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, mentoring)
- Promote a high-performance, high-engagement culture in a remote environment
- Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings focused on pipeline health, peer learning, and skills development
Performance & Forecasting
- Define and track individual and team KPIs
- Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards, tactical reports, and strategic updates for leadership
- Manage forecasting cycles: methodology, quota setting, accuracy reporting, root cause analysis
- React to performance drops by preparing actionable insight reports with recommendations
Required Experience
- 7-10 years in sales, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or Head of Sales position
- Proven success in B2B and B2C sales (experience across industries is an asset)
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Experience managing remote or hybrid teams and onboarding new hires in a performance‑driven culture
- Track record of managing forecasting accuracy and driving pipeline consistency
Required Skills
- Strong command of CRM pipeline management and reporting
- Ability to define, track, and act on KPIs across multiple timeframes (monthly/quarterly/annually)
- Structured coaching and performance improvement processes (esp. for underperforming reps)
- High fluency in English (C1+), strong written and verbal communication skills
