We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and commercially astute Head of Sales to lead the Poland sales function through a pivotal phase of growth. SodaStream Poland is in ‘scale‑up mode’—combining the energy and agility of a startup with the resources and reach of a global organization. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the business, leading the charge on strategic growth while staying close to execution and the customer.
As a Head of Sales, you will lead a team of Account Managers. You will work closely with the General Manager and Poland leadership team to co‑create the commercial roadmap, drive top‑line growth through brilliant execution of our brand in store environments and build scalable processes and capabilities for the next phase of our journey.
This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment—someone who can think big but also roll up their sleeves to get things done.
Set and lead the Polish commercial strategy, aligning with global objectives while tailoring to local market dynamics.
Balance long‑term strategic planning with short‑term execution—playing both the architect and the builder of Poland sales growth. We want to accelerate fast, so disruptive and bold approaches are embraced.
Lead sales input into business planning, forecasting, innovation launches, and brand building.
Own the full Poland sales P&L, delivering revenue, margin, and market share targets.
Develop and deliver robust joint business plans (JBPs) with key retailers across all channels.
Drive excellence in promotional planning, customer investment ROI, and in‑store/e‑Commerce execution.
Cooperate on the development and implementation of the e‑Commerce commercial strategy across retailer.com platforms.
Inspire and manage a team of Sales Account Managers, supporting their development and enabling high performance.
Build scalable sales processes and best practices to support rapid growth.
Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Serve as a key member of the Poland Leadership Team, working closely with the General Manager, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
Contribute to broader business strategy, innovation planning, and organisational development.
Represent the commercial voice in critical business decisions, acting as a thought partner and challenger.
Build senior‑level, strategic relationships with retail and digital partners, becoming a trusted advisor to their businesses.
Represent the brand externally, promoting SodaStream’s purpose‑led mission and category innovation.
Use insights, trends, and data to influence customer strategy and joint value creation.
