On behalf of a manufacturing and distribution company with a global reach, we are looking for effective candidates with extensive sales management experience in the technical, commodity, chemical, or oil & gas industry to assume the role of Head of Sales. 

Responsibilities:

• Managing, developing and optimizing multi-location selling and sales support teams     
• Co-creating and implementing the company’s strategy for selling products in various markets
• Defining and communicating key performance indicators, targets and long-term plans
• Mentoring and guiding the sales force
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize overall business performance
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with major industry players and key strategic partners
• Analyzing market trends and customer behaviors in order to identify and achieve growth 
• Utilizing analytics to measure the successes and weaknesses of sales strategies
• Reporting directly and co-operating closely with the Management Board  

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in large-scale sales management roles
• Proven success and effectiveness in managing and driving business growth
• Interpersonal skills to build trust with the sales team and stakeholders
• Analytical skills to understand marketplace models for measuring performance
• Leadership to inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve goals
• Degree in Business, Economics or Science
• Command of English
