Head of Sales MDA Poland

All about the role:

This is an exciting role where you will report directly to the Head of Commercial Poland, leading our sales team to initiate and execute strategic sales plans and activities across Poland.

In detail you will:

  • Display strong leadership to lead Retail Sales Team in order to achieve the sales target. Stay committed and provide guidance to the team, leading them in adapting to any changes in the business environment.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with our business partners in order to achieve our business goals.
  • Develop & execute strategic plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, and to expand channels for future business growth.
  • Manage all retail sales business in terms of developing and implementing sales activities in retail trade and kitchen retail channels
  • Initiate and analyze business opportunities to identify top priorities and drive business nationwide. Direct and align efforts related to business strategic plan / building future plan for business growth.
  • Enhance sales quality by effectively allocating resources and managing budget, including monitoring, and understanding sell-out trends & competitor activities.
  • Take the lead to improve sales forecast accuracy and supply chain management.
  • Demonstrate strong and clear leadership on people management through consistent communication with aligned direction. Take accountability in achieving sales goals nationwide. Develop the sales organization in terms of headcount, skills/competencies, and team spirit.
  • Maximize productivity and sales effectiveness by managing Retail Sales Team and work collaboratively with Marketing Team regarding sales activities execution.
  • Regularly visit business partners to get first-hand market and customer insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial role with strong understanding of sales strategy
  • Solid background in home appliance or consumer electronics industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities, meeting pre-determined deadlines, multi-tasking and attention to detail
  • Proficient Polish and English
