Expansion and leadership of the “Sales Marketplaces” team
Responsibility for the sales area "Marketplaces"
Contract negotiations with marketplaces and external partners
Expansion of international marketplace activities
Participation in the development and implementation of the company-wide eCommerce strategy with a focus on marketplaces
Product range, pricing, and channel strategy in close coordination with other eCom touchpoints and marketplace managers
Our requirements
At least 3 years of management/leadership experience
At least 3 years of experience in managing marketplace activities
Knowledge of English – advanced level
Experience in onboarding marketplaces
Strategic and entrepreneurial vision
Experience in optimizing the customer experience
Strong negotiation skills
Experience from the perspective of a brand owner serving various online and offline touchpoints
Affinity with pets
knowledge of German, French, or Spanish – nice to have
