Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and optimize processes
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and refine sales methodologies
- Recruit, train, and manage the sales team, fostering motivation and growth
- Build and maintain client relationships, lead negotiations, and resolve conflicts
- Manage budgets, monitor profitability, and optimize acquisition costs
- Oversee CRM implementation, ensure accurate data tracking, and automate processes
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements to leadership
We expect you to have
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, preferably in iGaming or similar industries
- Proven track record in strategic planning, target setting, and KPI management
- Strong analytical mindset, financial acumen, and budget management skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation, and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of market trends, client behaviour, and competitive strategies
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Russian (B2+ level)
