Endego is poised for dynamic growth and innovation. It is seeking a Head of Sales to boost revenue, improve existing processes, transform the team, and enhance the business strategy.
Location : Remote / Hybrid
About you:
- Managed Sales and Business Development in an automotive ESP.
- Knowledge of the industry’s ecosystem, familiar with OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2.
- Experience dealing with the DACH automotive universe.
- Professional negotiator, an entrepreneur with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English; German is a big plus.
- Ability to boost revenue and profitability.
- Experience managing new business and promoting up- and cross-selling across existing clients.
- Ability to restructure the team and improve collaboration between departments to drive sales performance.
- Experience collaborating with the Engineering and Marketing Department to develop a comprehensive sales strategy to boost the company’s growth.
- Ability to tailor existing sales processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Constantly analyze the market and follow its trends, identifying new sales opportunities based on market and competitor insights.
- Experience overseeing the company’s P&L.
