Endego is poised for dynamic growth and innovation. It is seeking a Head of Sales to boost revenue, improve existing processes, transform the team, and enhance the business strategy.

Location : Remote / Hybrid

About you:

  1. Managed Sales and Business Development in an automotive ESP.
  2. Knowledge of the industry’s ecosystem, familiar with OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2.
  3. Experience dealing with the DACH automotive universe.
  4. Professional negotiator, an entrepreneur with excellent communication skills.
  5. Fluent in English; German is a big plus.
  6. Ability to boost revenue and profitability.
  7. Experience managing new business and promoting up- and cross-selling across existing clients.
  8. Ability to restructure the team and improve collaboration between departments to drive sales performance.
  9. Experience collaborating with the Engineering and Marketing Department to develop a comprehensive sales strategy to boost the company’s growth.
  10. Ability to tailor existing sales processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Constantly analyze the market and follow its trends, identifying new sales opportunities based on market and competitor insights.
  12. Experience overseeing the company’s P&L.
