Your responsibilities

  • Proactive and strategic attitude to new logo acquisition to Elitmind client portfolio to increase market coverage thru leveraging existing sales channels and development of new ones
  • Further development of partnership with Microsoft and strong focus to bring more partnerships to Elitmind business landscape (Databricks, Snowflake, other to respond to Elimind clients needs).Managing partnerships channel
  • Building strong and long term relations both with Clients and with internal Elitmind teams to ensure best offers development and negotiation to be finalized with successful contracts
  • Presenting ability to recognize and extend existing fields of cooperation
  • Representing company on sector events to expand business network and present Elitmind offering
  • Active participation in company strategic discussion and contribution to defining trends and further business development in environment of rapidly growing organization
  • Bringing consulting perspective to company sales performance and team mentoring to follow the same
  • Sales process design from all angles and its optimization. Close cooperation with Head of Marketing to ensure process effectiveness
  • Acting as a recognized leader and mentor for sales team, who clearly sets and executes sales goals, taking care of team positive motivation and rewarding system

Our requirements

  • Ideal candidate should be driven by the opportunity to contribute to further organization development; positive “can do” attitude and natural drive to design and improve things are a must
  • Strong business acumen and very good understanding of cloud&data solutions services sector
  • Proven track record in offering technology services to business clients
  • Proofed ability to scale business results
  • Skills and knowledge to design (or execute design from other experienced team members) of effective sales process
  • Underpinned by natural talents ability to build long term partnerships with people – Clients, team members, management board
  • Experience in leading sales team, setting clear goals and their execution
  • Strong skills to work with people - to offer feedback, motivate and reward sales team
  • Consulting mindset is a must. Consulting skills developed in global consulting company would be nice to have
  • Fluent English C1, written and verbal is a must

  • Candidate needs to be ready to travel.
  • Work mode: hybrid (offices are based in Warszawa, Wrocław, Kraków, Gdańsk) + field work with clients. Warsaw is preferred candidate location.
