Currently, we are looking for a Head of Sales for Nova Post Poland— a strong commercial leader who will be responsible for building and scaling sales operations in Poland and ensuring sustainable business growth in one of our key European markets.
Your main responsibilities
Achieving sales targets and business growth
- Achieving and exceeding sales, revenue, and profitability targets in Poland
- Ensuring stable growth of shipment volumes and market share
Strategic planning and execution
- Developing and implementing a commercial strategy adapted to the Polish market
- Launching new services, entering new customer segments, and scaling key accounts
Market and competitor analysis
- Continuous analysis of the Polish logistics, courier, and e‑commerce market
- Monitoring competitors, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Leadership and team management
- Building, leading, and developing the Sales team in Poland (Sales Managers, Account Managers)
- Hiring, onboarding, coaching, and motivating the team
- Creating a high‑performance, result‑oriented sales culture
Sales process optimization
- Designing and improving end‑to‑end sales processes: lead generation, conversion, onboarding, cross‑sell, up‑sell, retention, and churn prevention
- Implementing best sales practices and CRM‑driven processes
Customer acquisition and account development
- Acquiring new B2B clients (e‑commerce, SMEs, enterprise)
- Developing relationships with existing clients through strategic account management
Cross‑functional collaboration
- Close cooperation with Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and HR teams
- Alignment with Nova Post Europe HQ and Nova Poshta Ukraine to ensure unified commercial standards and synergy
Pricing and unit economics
- Participation in pricing strategy development for the Polish market
- Managing unit economics, profitability, and commercial efficiency
Forecasting and reporting
Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports for top managementMonitoring KPIs (revenue, margin, conversion, pipeline, churn, etc.) and adjusting strategy based on dataWork with key clients

- Ensuring compliance with Nova Post commercial standards, policies, and quality requirements in Poland

You are a perfect fit if you have
Sales & leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales, commercial leadership, or business development
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets
Industry expertise
- Strong understanding of the logistics, courier, express delivery, or e‑commerceDismissible market
- Experience in the Polish market is a strong advantage
- Experience in international courier or logistics companies (DHL, DPD, UPS, GLS, FedEx, InPost, or similar) is a strong plus
Strong business network
-warf - Established network of contacts in logistics, e‑commercewerke, or courier services in Poland
Strategic and financial mindset
- Solid understanding of P&L, unit economics, CAC, LTV, and commercial KPIs
- Experience in building and scaling sales teams
- Ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent
Experience working with international or cross‑functional teams is an advantage < lokela- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing large B2B deals
- Ability to build long‑term partnerships
- Experience working with CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance dashboards
- Fluent Polish
- English — B2 level or higher
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
Location
- Based in Warsaw or ready to work from the Warsaw office
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Poland and Europe
