Energy Business Partner | Headhunter | Energy Sector Leader w Antal Poland

We are looking for an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead business development efforts in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new contracts for the development and execution of PV and BESS projects for B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and acquire new B2B clients for PV and BESS project development.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets.
  4. Collaborate with technical and project teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  5. Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of PV and/or BESS technologies and project cycles.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
