They have millions of users from every continent. The newly opened Warsaw office is looking to hire a top Head of Sales to join its world-class team and build impactful products together.
Location: Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Business management
- Analyze the ecosystem of key advertising industries in the Polish market and develop key account direct sales business strategy
- Build partnerships with key clients in various industries, including FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics, F&B, Electronics, Fashion, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, Auto, Finance, Game, Apps, E-commerce, O2O, etc.
- Design the industry-level sales plan and narrative to explore business opportunities
- Drive revenue from direct clients and achieve sales targets
- Team management
- Design the team structure and roles & responsibilities of team members
- Hire team members based on priority ranking
- Build team capability by coaching team members
- Lead team members to achieve their own sales targets
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with key account agency sales team on client services and budget acquisition
- Collaborate with sales marketing team on B2B marketing activities for different industries
- Engage with product team on feedback and suggestions for ad solutions, systems, and tools
- Collaborate with all other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and build long-term growth
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or above.
- 12+ years of overall working experience, 8+ years of digital marketing experience, 5+ years of digital media sales experience
- 8+ years of team and people management experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of the Polish key advertising industries ecosystem and developing trends
- Strong network in Polish key advertising industries, with solid experience working with C-level executives of clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
- Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
