International Company that helps people discover the world and empowers everyone to be a creator. They are an AI-backed technology company operating top apps across the globe. They have millions of users from every continent. The newly opened Warsaw office is looking to hire a top Head of Sales to join its world-class team and build impactful products together.

Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities:

  1. Business management
  2. Analyze the ecosystem of key advertising industries in the Polish market and develop key account direct sales business strategy
  3. Build partnerships with key clients in various industries, including FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics, F&B, Electronics, Fashion, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, Auto, Finance, Game, Apps, E-commerce, O2O, etc.
  4. Design the industry-level sales plan and narrative to explore business opportunities
  5. Drive revenue from direct clients and achieve sales targets
  6. Team management
  7. Design the team structure and roles & responsibilities of team members
  8. Hire team members based on priority ranking
  9. Build team capability by coaching team members
  10. Lead team members to achieve their own sales targets
  11. Cross-functional collaboration
  12. Work with key account agency sales team on client services and budget acquisition
  13. Collaborate with sales marketing team on B2B marketing activities for different industries
  14. Engage with product team on feedback and suggestions for ad solutions, systems, and tools
  15. Collaborate with all other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and build long-term growth

Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or above.
  2. 12+ years of overall working experience, 8+ years of digital marketing experience, 5+ years of digital media sales experience
  3. 8+ years of team and people management experience
  4. Experience working with cross-functional teams
  5. Strong understanding of the Polish key advertising industries ecosystem and developing trends
  6. Strong network in Polish key advertising industries, with solid experience working with C-level executives of clients
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
  8. Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
  9. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
