The Head of Safety Division will be responsible for managing and growing the Safety segment in Poland, including full responsibility for sales, service, and customer operations. This senior commercial role includes full P&L accountability, people leadership, and strategic planning to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency. The position leads a multidisciplinary team of 40+ professionals and is part of the country’s leadership structure, reporting directly to the General Manager Poland.
This is a key leadership opportunity for a commercially focused professional to shape and execute the Safety business strategy within a highly respected international organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving sales, service operations, and marketing for the Safety Division.
- Developed and executed business and marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
- Led cross-functional team of 40+ across Sales, Service, Customer Support, and Marketing.
- Ensured high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Conducted market analysis and competitive monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
- Represented local business needs within regional and global structures.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in Sales and Marketing within a B2B international company.
- At least 2 years of international experience in a commercial leadership role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and technical product sales.
- Proven track record in team leadership and delivering sales growth.
- English – fluent (C1 level); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Excellent strategic thinking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High integrity and compliance orientation.
