- Define a long-term game development strategy aligned with market trends and the target audience.
- Oversee all stages of game development.
- Manage budgets and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build partnerships with game suppliers, sports providers, and other key industry players.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to promote casino products.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Head-level position.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies for product or business line growth.
- Deep understanding of the iGaming market, from regulations to player needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Capability to set long-term goals and develop plans to achieve them.
- Coordination with casino game providers, platforms, and sports data suppliers.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with KPIs and OKRs.
