Department: Diagnostics & Repair of devices

Minimum Qualifications

• Education in the field of electronics, engineering systems, or related disciplines
• Managerial experience in service departments or service centers, with experience managing a team of more than 10 people
• Experience as an engineer/specialist in electronics repair (smartphones, laptops), specifically modular and component repair
• Knowledge of the electronics market regarding repair and maintenance, and new technologies
• Basic knowledge of circuit engineering and radio electronics
• Ability to conduct modular and component repair of smartphones, smartwatches, and laptops, with experience in repairing Apple equipment (iPhone) being desirable
• Proficient in using a soldering station
• Ability to determine necessary equipment for repairs

Responsibilities

To ensure the maximum possible speed and quality of processing accepted goods, their repair, and sale through effective management of the Repair Center.

• Ensure uninterrupted and efficient operation of the service center (planning, organization, control, motivation)
• Organize preparation for repair work, determining the need for spare parts for the repair and restoration of devices
• Develop regulatory documentation and work standards for the Repair Center
• Make requests for spare parts, materials, and tools, controlling their expenditure
• Monitor compliance with regulatory deadlines for repair/restoration of devices and their preparation for transfer to the warehouse of finished products
• Control compliance with the quality and timing of repairs, processing of goods by the grading center
• Train and develop the team
