Job Title: Head of Recovery

Salary: 50K - 60K EUR net/year

As the Head of Recovery, you will lead and manage our international recovery department across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, and Bulgaria. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and effective collection of outstanding debts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recovery management or a related field.
• Knowledge and fluency in legal aspects regarding credit collection.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading a recovery team.
• Strong knowledge of debt recovery processes and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for regular interaction with debtors and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good computer skills, including familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides), internet and browsing skills, communication tools, and file management services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize debt recovery.
• Build and manage a team of recovery specialists.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze recovery performance.
• Negotiate and resolve complex debt cases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recovery processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with debt recovery.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recovery performance to senior management.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the recovery team.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment within the recovery department.
