- Has a B2/C1 level of English
- Has experience working in a global procurement organization, requiring strong leadership and people management skills, as well as the ability to mentor managerial team members
- Has managed projects, handling complex and critical decision-making processes
- Possesses technical knowledge and understanding of processes, components, and supply chain management
- Is assertive and has highly developed analytical and interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working with SAP and Coupa
- Knowledge of German
- Category B driving license
