The function operates under the vision: “Enabling HSBC to be safely successful everywhere the Firm chooses to do business”.The Head of Network Security Baselines is responsible for leading Network Security capabilities, across HSBC. The role requires a highly skilled leader who can drive and influence cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Engineering and Operations, to implement and maintain a robust and secure operation of the above capabilities. With a small direct team, the successful candidate will leverage their deep technical experience and leadership skills to ensure that the capability strategies are executed effectively and to the highest standards.
