Job Tasks:

1. Main source of knowledge in the company regarding competitor landscape
2. Responsible for identification of product key selling points
3. Main source of knowledge in the company regarding product OSS/BSS domain trends
4. Responsible for product roadmap
5. Recommends the roadmap contents for final approval
6. Chairs periodic roadmap review meetings
7. Captures customer and internal requirements and translates them to roadmap items
8. Prioritizes from customer perspective product faults (external and internal)
9. Builds and presents business cases for roadmap items (development cost vs. revenue potential)
10. Responsible for driving market analysis and product business case analysis
11. Responsible for bridging the gap between sales and architecture teams
12. Responsible for representing company in technical discussions with customers and partners
13. Product super user capable of running customer demonstrations
14. Public speaker – technology evangelist

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in competitor analysis and understanding market trends, especially in the OSS/BSS domain
2. Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, including recommending contents, organizing reviews, and prioritizing tasks
3. Experience in gathering customer and internal requirements and translating them into actionable product initiatives
4. Proficiency in building business cases – analyzing development costs versus potential revenue
5. Expertise in market analysis and product strategy development
6. Experience bridging the gap between sales and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment
7. Strong experience in customer and partner engagement – leading technical discussions, product demonstrations, and presentations
