TRUMPF Hüttinger is as a high-tech company one of the worlds leading manufacturers of DC, medium, high-frequency, and semiconductor-based solid-state microwave generators. We bring electricity into the required frequency and power for leading edge applications in industries like semiconductor, solar or industrial. Responsibilities

• Manage a Product Line and its product families, within the Industrial Business Market, for long term market success
• Continuously develop the product portfolio matching networks on dedicated merket;
• Drive Bipolar product development and life cycle management topics across the entire organization
• Lead and develop the Product Line Team, consisting of product family owners, project managers and application engineers
• Represent the Product Line at customers worldwide

Qualifications

• Intrinsically motivated individual with a strong drive to shape products, teams and the business as a whole
• Degree in electrical engineering, physics or comparable
• Experience in customer centric product creation - from product definition, to engineering, to market introduction and life cycle management
• Enjoy leading a team of skilled individuals and developing the team for best performance
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of Bipolar technology and industrial plasma processes desirable
• Fluency in English required
• Willingness to travel worldwide approx. 10%
