As a Head of Product, you’ll be working closely with the whole team to improve our core processes and tools that we have created thanks to collected and analyzed data, scientific researchers, and users & customers feedback.

• Defining a clear product strategy and vision, and talking to our customers every day in a methodical way.

• Making key technical decisions with the team, taking into account business goals, team needs and preferences, and other relevant considerations.

• You’ll have a significant impact on our company roadmap and product milestones and validate ideas.

• Coding from time-to-time with the stack: Python, Django, React, TypeScript, NestJS, Serverless, PostgreSQL, Angular, Bootstrap, Google Cloud.

At work, youll come across things like

• Programming problem tasks.

• Pair programming, live-coding, and other types.

• Evaluation methods and score systems.

• Deep software engineering knowledge.

What we’ll require from you

• Ability to be very effective in the fast-paced and constantly shifting environment of a growing company. Startup experience is a must-have.

• People management experience for a small team (3-5 engineers).

• General but deep software engineering knowledge: practical and theoretical.

• You’re comfortable with Software Engineering topics like CS, Complexity, Data Structures, System Architecture & Design, Web Development frontend and backend.

• Strong software engineering background, familiarity with current web application frameworks.
